This work, that follows methodological postulates of Holistic Research and Projective Research, presents the design and development of an Instructional Program (Director Program) destined to rule the Veterinary Medicine’s Ethics and Values Transversal Axis at DCV-UCLA in Venezuela, in order to improve medicine veterinary formation optimizing its social paper in animal health and sanity, public health, environmental sustainability and national agrological and food sovereign.
