Abstract

This research complied with in order to determine the strategies adopted in the business circle in family businesses belonging to the print media in Venezuela, why, we have researched the theoretical foundations such as the family, the family business The business circle model proposed under the five circles, considering in turn, issues related to social media and the laws that relate to the sector, starting from the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (2000). The study was descriptive in nature with field design, the sample consisted of seven newspapers whose circulation is located in the central-central regions of the country, members of the Venezuelan Press Bloc, who answered a questionnaire with open and closed In order to measure the variable under study. For analysis and discussion of the data descriptive statistics were used to develop tables to meet the target. Among the most relevant findings point to the reality experienced by these organizations which coincide with certain characteristics that present the model as is the emphasis on production rather than innovation and research, this being a weakness. As mentioned strengths teamwork, the incorporation of outside professionals, the priority client / service and the rapid incorporation of new technologies
